Steam sends out emails to remind A-zone/Turkish players: balances will soon be converted to USD

According to feedback from the player community, a number of people have already received emails sent by Steam officials, reminding players that their wallet balances will be converted to the equivalent amount of US dollars in 5 days (20th November). Players in the A-Zone and Turkish Zones can dispose of it according to their needs.

Previously, the official reason given by Steam for this was that “the fluctuating exchange rates in Argentina and Turkey make it difficult for game developers to choose the right price for their games and keep up with the exchange rate changes.”
