According to PlayStation Game Size, a well-known PlayStation Database data miner, a PS5 native version of The Last Survivor Part 2 has been added to the PlayStation Database, meaning that The Last Survivor Part 2 will soon be officially available on the PS5, which was previously only able to run in compatibility mode through the PS4 version of The Last Survivor Part 2. The news originally stemmed from a suggestive tweet from PlayStation Game Size, who was then contacted by foreign media outlet Insider Gaming to confirm the news.
It’s unclear when the announcement will be made, and given that the 2023 TGA Awards will take place on 7 December, it’s speculated that Sony could have made the announcement recently.
